01. Never share wallet secrets
Do not enter or email a recovery phrase, recovery share, private key, PIN, password or full backup. This informational website has no connected wallet, transaction-signing function or account-recovery service. Screenshots of a wallet should not expose sensitive details. An unsolicited “verification” request involving a signature or payment is a warning sign.
02. Reporting a website issue
Email [email protected] with “Security report” in the subject. Describe the affected public URL, what you observed, the time and likely impact. Include minimal reproducible steps using only data and systems you are authorized to use. Redact third-party personal data and all wallet secrets.
Ordinary email is not assured to be a confidential channel for sensitive technical materials. First ask how to transfer information safely if a report requires more detail. No particular response time, continuous monitoring or bug-bounty reward is promised by this informational site.
03. Permission and testing limits
Submitting a report does not authorize access to accounts, private endpoints, third-party infrastructure or other people’s data. Do not bypass controls, extract records, introduce malware, automate disruptive traffic or affect availability. Stop if you encounter personal information or risk causing harm. This page does not offer a bounty or legal safe harbor; obtain proper authorization before any testing beyond ordinary observation.
04. Phishing and impersonation
If a message or lookalike site claims to be 11Dvault, share its URL or redacted message headers with the contact address. Avoid suspicious attachments, requests for cryptocurrency, and links asking you to connect a wallet. Product-news requests never require a payment, transaction signature, recovery phrase or password. Neither the website nor the proposed device offers buying, selling, swapping or trading services.
05. Security design goals and evidence
The eleven named areas are design goals, not finished protections. A concept image cannot establish a secure-element model, tamper resistance, biometric capability, signed firmware or audit outcome. No production device certification or independent security audit is claimed here. Published design goals will need actual implementation evidence and testing before they become product specifications.
The expected Q2–Q3 2027 availability window is an estimate subject to engineering and testing. A future device or companion app, if launched, will need separate security documentation and a revised reporting process.
06. When a different service is compromised
11Dvault cannot freeze, reverse or recover a transfer on another service. If you suspect immediate loss through an existing wallet or platform, use that provider’s independently verified emergency or support channels. Do not send your credentials or recovery data to this project in the hope of reversing a transaction.
