01. Send an opt-out request
Prepare a stop-updates email ↗. Send it from the address that receives updates where practical, with “Stop updates” in the subject. If no email application opens, compose the message directly to [email protected]. Opening a draft alone does not complete your request.
We may ask for proportionate verification if the request comes from a different address. Do not send a recovery phrase or identity document in an ordinary opt-out message.
02. Scope and retained record
The request concerns promotional product or launch updates. It does not prevent a reply to a separate enquiry you initiate or require deletion of information kept for an applicable legal or security reason. A minimal opt-out record may be needed to avoid contacting you again. Read the privacy policy for the wider handling of correspondence.
The intended Q2–Q3 2027 availability window is an estimate subject to development and testing; requesting or stopping updates is not an order or financial transaction.
