01. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to browsing the 11Dvault informational website and sending the project an enquiry. They are not hardware-wallet sales terms, a warranty, a service-level agreement or an agreement to hold digital assets. The project describes a proposed device that remains in development. If you do not wish to use the site under these terms, you may stop browsing it.
Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer, privacy or other law. For questions write to [email protected]. This site identifies 11Dvault as the project and gives an email contact. It does not currently list a separate legal entity or postal address.
02. Development, imagery and timing
Website art is a design visualization; the presence of a screen, control, color or other illustrated detail is not a promise of a production feature. Security architecture, materials, compatibility, firmware and recovery methods have not been confirmed. The eleven security dimensions are design goals, not tested features or completed independent audits.
Expected availability in Q2–Q3 2027 is an estimate subject to development and testing. It can change or be withdrawn. It is not a guaranteed launch, shipping or delivery date. The site should not be used to make a purchasing decision about an unreleased device.
03. No exchange, trading or custody
11Dvault is proposed as dedicated self-custody hardware. Neither this website nor the proposed device offers purchasing, selling, exchanging, swapping or trading of crypto assets. We are not acting as an exchange, broker, investment manager or custodian; we do not hold or move funds for website visitors or provide asset recommendations or returns.
A general explanation of how a person might review and sign a blockchain transaction with hardware does not itself provide a transaction service. This website cannot connect to a wallet, accept a signature, process a transaction, recover a key or reverse a network transfer.
04. No orders, deposits or reservation rights
No price, checkout, deposit, stock, geographic shipping promise or sales contract is offered through this site. Joining the founder interest list is free. Its counter and assigned number represent recorded interest requests, not stock, device allocation, a guaranteed purchase position or entitlement to founder pricing. Treat requests to send funds, a recovery phrase or payment credentials to obtain an update as suspicious.
If a future device is offered for sale, the actual seller must publish final specifications, total price, applicable taxes and shipping charges, delivery terms, warranty, returns and cancellation rights before taking orders. This informational notice does not replace those future terms.
05. Enquiries and update requests
Use an email address you control, send only relevant information and respect the rights of others. We may decline abusive, deceptive, irrelevant or unsafe requests. Submitting the on-page form records an interest request in a private server file and may notify the project inbox; choosing the email-app alternative opens a draft that you must send yourself and is not counted automatically. Neither creates a device reservation or purchase contract. Founder offer price, eligibility, regions and ordering terms will be published before orders. 06. Acceptable website use
Do not interfere with operation, attempt to access nonpublic systems, submit malware, impersonate another person, send spam or misuse published contact channels. A security report does not grant testing permission; consult the security page. Use only systems and data you are authorized to access.

07. Site content and intellectual property
The 11Dvault name, original illustrations and website writing are presented for information about this project. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary personal or research use. Do not represent the website as yours, remove attribution from materials, or create a misleading copy that could be mistaken for the project. Third-party names, if mentioned, belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
The publication of an idea, image or security goal grants no license to device firmware or any unreleased software. A future open-source release, if any, would be governed by its own license.
08. Self-custody and independent decisions
Digital assets remain on their networks; a hardware wallet is intended to manage signing material, not physically hold coins. Losing or exposing recovery material, approving a malicious contract, entering the wrong address or network, or relying on compromised companion software may result in irreversible loss. Network congestion, protocol faults, third-party failures and changes in asset value are outside the control of a hardware device.
No profit, investment outcome, insurance, absolute security or recovery service is promised. Read the product and risk disclosure before relying on an illustration or making a self-custody decision.
09. External services and site availability
Email applications, webmail and any external websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their uptime or security. This site may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting incidents or changes; we do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular response time to enquiries.
10. Accuracy, liability and non-excludable rights
We work to keep pre-launch content accurate, but development goals, estimated timing and specifications may change. The site is provided for information, without a promise that a described future device will be made available. The project does not accept responsibility for a user following an unverified third-party link or sharing wallet secrets with an impersonator. The extent of any legal responsibility depends on applicable law and actual circumstances.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or to restrict non-excludable consumer rights. Future product sales, if any, will require separate terms and legally required disclosures.

The applicable legal process for a dispute depends on the real operating entity and the law that applies; this site does not invent a forum or jurisdiction.
